I am 21 year old singer/songwriter from Long Island. My music is both catchy and retrospective acoustic indie-pop. I place most of my emphasis on my lyrics, and you'll never hear me singing/crying about an ex-girlfriend. The reason I go by the moniker The Sound Of Growing Up is because it represents a theme to my music. It's how people�s experiences differ in a changing world and how we deal with expectations that are brought upon us. Heavily influenced by Kevin Devine, The Beatles, Bright Eyes, and Iron and Wine.
